Western Australia Biosecurity Inspection Fee

Each order will require an inspection fee of $10.00.  
 
We will not ship orders to Western Australia without this inspection fee being paid. 
 
Orders to Western Australia are posted every second Friday. Due to inspections, it could be another 3 weeks before your order is received. For this reason, I would recommend orders being sent to Western Australia select Express Post. This will not increase the time frame of receiving your order but will provide you with a tracking number. 
 
Please note: 
 
Small seed imports will incur a charge of $47.00.  This is the option we will use for orders that are around the $300 and over value. This fee can increase if information is lacking or a contaminant has been found within the consignment.  This is unlikely as we grow our own seeds, sort them and package them by hand.  This work is done by horticulturists.  These orders will be sent to Western Australia with a note, stating that if any issues are found with the seeds to contact us before commencing any further inspections.  We will then communicate with our customer what the issue is and if they wish to proceed with the order.  Remember we are internationally registered seed exporters and send seeds around the world.  We have not at this stage had any issues with our international exports.
Seed lots greater than 10,000 seeds will require a bulk search (other seeds) analysis certificate and associated fees.  If you are interested in purchasing this amount from us, you will need to have your seeds grown to order.  This requries a contract and deposit. 
 
We are not responsible for checking what is allowed to be imported into Western Australia.  This responsibility lies with the consumer.  For information regarding what can be imported please check the Western Australian Organisms List.
