Dianthus barbatus ‘Green Trick’

Dianthus ‘Green Trick’ produces unusual green globes of soft, deeply cut petals that are around 10cm in size! It makes an unusual cut flower, its strong stems and large flower heads lasting for several weeks in water. Team these unusual flowers up with other green flowers like Bells of Ireland and Queen Lime Zinnias.

For best results grow Dianthus ‘Green Trick’ in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in full sun. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. This is a short lived perennial but it grows easily from cuttings. Height 20cm.
